OUT Return Policy

At OUT, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only.

To initiate a return, please email our support team within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items follow all of the following:

  • Product: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Packaging: Original packaging intact and comes with all original hang tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as OUT is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Store Credit:

Once your return is received and approved for store credit, store credit will be issued for the item value, including applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange:

Once your return is received and approved for an exchange, you will be contacted via email on your exchange item and will be shipped out to you directly. An exchange for an order will only be accepted ONCE. 

Returns submitted after the 14-day window or items that do not meet the above conditions will be declined. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, staining, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
