Shipping Policy

Our goal is to get your package to you as soon as possible. There are situations where sometimes things may not be in our control, the following could cause processing delays:

> Extreme weather conditions (heavy snowfall, extreme rainfall, etc.)

> Warehouse maintenance 

> High volume of orders to process

Regular Processing Times: 1-2 business days

CANADIAN ORDERS

We are partnered up with multiple shipping companies, your package will arrive with either Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, or Purolator.

Average Delivery Times 

East Coast Provinces (Ontario & Quebec): 1-2 business days

East Coast Provinces (NL, NS, NB, PEI): 2-5 business days 

West/Central Provinces (BC, AB, SK, MB): 2-5 business days 

Territories: 5-10 business days 

US/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders going to the United States, we tend to use either UPS or USPS/Canada Post. The delivery times will always vary depending on what state/city/region you are from. 

International orders will be shipped via Canada Post and will be delivered by your local shipping company of your country/region.

Delivery times are very difficult to estimate, during checkout it will attempt to give you the most accurate delivery times as possible.
